Learn Without Limits

Through Virtual Reality.

The Challenge

Embalming education requires repetition to build competence, but practice opportunities are limited by lab time, case availability, and the irreversible nature of the work.

Why Virtual Reality

VR lets students practice procedures repeatedly in a risk free environment -building confidence and muscle memory before working with real cases.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is an LMS required?
  • Yes. The simulator is currently delivered through a Learning Management System (LMS) using a SCORM package. This allows institutions to provide students with access, track completion, and integrate the simulator into existing coursework.
  • Future updates this fall will also support access outside of an LMS environment.
  • The simulator is currently supported on:
    • Laptops
    • Desktop Computers
    • Tablets
  • The simulator runs in a standard web browser and does not require special equipment to run.

The simulator is designed as a learning and training tool. At the end of each scenario, students receive a report-style summary that shows the decisions they made and the outcomes of those decisions. Institutions may choose whether to use the simulator as a graded activity, a training exercise, or a continuing education-style activity.

Because the simulator is delivered through an LMS, completion can be tracked through the LMS gradebook or completion tracking features. This allows instructors to verify participation, completion, and time spent in the simulator.

  • The simulator is built as a virtual reality learning environment and is currently accessed through laptops and tablets for accessibility.
  • Fill VR headset support is planned for release by Fall 2026, allowing for a more immersive experience while maintaing accessibility for current users.
  • Contact us to request a demo
  • We will walk through the simulator and discuss implementation.
  • Once approved, we will provide the SCORM package and assist with LMS setup.
  • Your students can begin using the simulator through your LMS.
